We've recently discovered that some customers did not receive their Park Pass, or Firewood Permit. Recent changes to the email delivery system are causing emails to be sent to the users "Spam" or "Others" inboxes.
If you recently made a purchase and didn't receive the confirmation email please check all inboxes, as well as your Spam/Trash.
Alternatively, all passes and permits are downloadable via your Account page (if you created one during the checkout process).
