This pretty pink flower is known only by its scientific name, Kunzea eriocalyx.  It occurs nowhere else in the world but three sites within Fitzgerald River National Park on the south coast of Western Australia.  While its range is highly restricted, the plant is common on the sites where it occurs.  It is a small shrub that grows to one metre high and is recognisable by its bright rose-pink flowers, which come into bloom between August and October.
