  1. Pricing

    Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. 
  2. Availability

    All goods are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
  3. Delivery

    Delivery charges apply. These charges are not included in the stated product price.

    • Australia Post Conditions
      The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by clicking the following box.
      In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
    • Disclaimer: Postage rates are calculated using the online services of Australia Post. Any charges are a guide only, and are subject to change at the discretion of Australia Post. The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions reserve the right to adjust postage calculations accordingly, to suit. Should there be a discrepancy in postage rates, a DBCA staff member will contact you regarding the transaction to resolve the issue.  
  4. Ordering

    Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. For these purposes we may transfer your information to trusted third parties.
  5. Returns and Refunds

    The Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, reserves the right to refuse a refund if no reasonable justification is given for the said return of goods. If the goods are faulty or damaged, you may contact our department within 28 days and will be entitled to replacement product.
  6. Security

    While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your personal information, we cannot be liable if, through no fault of our own, these details are intercepted by and used by third parties. Credit Card details are not stored on this website, and all transactions take place in a secure environment, with processing managed by Shopify and Commonwealth Bank. Your connection to the DBCA shop uses SSL encryption.
