Recent changes to the email delivery system are causing emails to be sent to the users "Spam" or "Others" inboxes. If you recently made a purchase and didn't receive the confirmation email please check all inboxes, as well as your Spam/Trash. Alternatively, all passes and permits are downloadable via your Account page (if you created one during the checkout process). We're working hard to resolve these problems.
